These roles are especially suited for English speakers.
Elderly Council (1-3)
After the first few years of university, guild life can seem a bit silly once the hurries of the fuksi and sophomore years are behind and the main target group for guild events may not always be you. Once you've already worn your overalls maybe a bit too much and are familiar with most of the events, you may find yourself longing for an activity aimed towards the older academic age group. It is up to the Elderly Council or the Phabu Council to come up with new tricks for Phabus and Phabu-lovers.
During the past few years, for example, the Elderly Council has organised Phabu coffees and Phabu preparties/community outings to guild events, as well as some afterworks. The possibilities are endless, and events organised by the Phabu Council can include bingo, water aerobics, Nordic walking, a spa trip to Pärnu, an evening of calling to Radio Nostalgia or even a mouhu conference. The Phabu Council therefore has very free hands to decide what they want to organise for the Phabus.

They also encourage all guild members to join in the games, so that there is always a team of enthusiastic players. Hercules and Xena also take care of Ethana's jerseys and overall patches, and the maintenance and supply of playing equipment.
Of the annual events, the Fuksis vs. Farts football match and the Olympics are the responsibility of H&X. In addition, the sports managers can organise spectator events or sporting events for the guild members - whatever sports or fun you can think of! For the past few years H&X have also been a part of the organizing team for kilometer competitions against other guilds.

Gameboys organise the meetings of the Gaming Committee and communicate with the board, the guild and other guilds' gaming committees. –––––
Camping Committee Members (3-5)
The Camping Committee of the guild is an independent committee with the aim of organising at least one hiking trip for the Guild during the year. In addition, the committee organises other trips and outdoor events according to its vision. There is no predefined structure for the events organised during the year but, for example, a more challenging hike in the summer and a lower threshold camping trip in the autumn in 2022 proved to be functional and meaningful. The committee is very informal and there is plenty of room for new ideas. There is no requirement for previous experience in camping, scouting, hiking or similar activities, but these are considered to be an advantage in addition to a keen interest in camping and a cheerful spirit.
The Board proposes that the Camping Committee members be elected by separate applications after the election meeting.

Water Beasts (1-2)
Water Beasts, those slippery figures, are a relatively new sight in Athene. Over the past few years, Water Beasts have enriched the Guild's sports and welfare sector with a variety of events. Examples include joint departures to the sauna and ice swimming, and the facilitation of swimming challenges. The most important thing is the love of water and the enthusiasm to organise fun activities for our beloved Athenians. Being a Water Beast is probably more fun with a friend but an eager beast will fill their fins on their own!

Kukka digileapers (1-2)

The Board proposes that the Journalists, Kukka Layout and Digileapers be elected by separate applications after the election meeting.

After the events, they post the pictures in the Flickr of Athene.
Photographers usually do not have to pay for the events (they pay by photographing and editing). Rarely does it get in the way of having fun.

The Head of OLOhuone Committee leads the OLOhuone Committee (OTMK), which is responsible for the overall maintenance of the cleanliness of the guild room and related development and renewal activities. The head of OLOhuone committee organises the activities of the OTMK, manages OTMK projects and acts as the main liaison between the OTMK and both the Guild Board and the rest of the Guild. The OLOneuvos is a solo position and does not require previous experience in the OTMK.
OLOhuone Committee Members (4-8)
The committee is responsible for organising classroom A117, so that Athene's very own OLOhuone serves the whole guild as well as possible. The committee is responsible for the balance of terror that limits the spread of litter on the tables and floors and, if necessary, facilitates a collaboration to bring the guild room into order.
Practical tasks include carrying out minor repairs, purchasing new furniture and supplies, developing the guild room, and other current projects ranging from events to OLOroom training materials. To carry out these tasks, the members of the OTMK may agree among themselves on a more detailed division of labour. The OTMK works closely with the YummyMommies and the Pool Person.
The Board proposes that the OLOhuone Committee members be elected by separate applications after the election meeting.

Equality Responsible (1-2)
The role of the equality responsible is to facilitate the discussion on equality and inclusiveness in the guild's activities. If problems arise, the equality responsible will raise them with the relevant officials. For example, the equality responsible can organise equality workshops for guild members.
You don't have to know everything that's going on in the guild to apply for the role - the important thing is to open up the debate and get other guild officials thinking about how to promote equality and inclusivity in their sector.
The post is relatively new and there are no established practices yet. This year, the equality responsible's to-do list has included advancing the guild’s equality plan.
The role of an equality responsible differs from that of a harassment liasions in that the role of a harassment liasion is to help guild members in cases of harassment, while the role of an equality responsible is to take an independent and critical look at the association's activities and make suggestions for change.
